As soon as all the required funds had been raised for the Project, we instructed our Managing Architects, PJB Chartered Architects Ltd, to issue Invitations To Tender - and, four weeks later, we had several envelopes to open! A number of high-quality tenders were received, and were analysed in depth. We were then able to make a clear recommendation to our lead funder, and are now drawing up the Contract documentation.
