We are delighted to confirm that the construction work on the Halls was completed on the due date and on budget!

Project Board members are now continuing the work of installing fittings and furniture and all the little things that make a big difference,

in time for opening to our User Organisations on 5th January.

 

So here follows the last reel of photographs of the development; we look forward to welcoming our User Organisations and all our supporters into the building very soon, to see the new reality! In our next Progress Report we will "sign off" with the credits - the long list of those who worked on the Project. But for now, let's see a little more of their achievement:

 

The new meets the old - at the new Main Entrance

Here's "Henry", making the reception area more welcoming!

And just to the right of Reception,

a rather swish stairway to the Board Room...

 

...and right behind you is the fine craftsmanship

of the seating area.

The Board Room is finished and furnished.....

 

and the Large Hall just needs the chairs and tables.

Here they come! Unpacking the chairs was easy.....

 ...but assembling the table trolleys was  NOT!

 

It has been a great joy for us to post the many photographs onto the site, showing progress of the development. We hope you have enjoyed seeing them, and sincerely hope that you will be overjoyed to see the new Halls, and to meet in them regularly.
