We're almost there! Lots of photos have been taken this week, showing everything almost complete. But within hours of taking those photos, everything has changed, and they're out of date! So for this update, we thought we'd keep you on tenterhooks....

Here's a little reminder of the Architects' plans for the north elevation - as drawn by Mike Howell of our Art Group - and here's the

(almost complete) reality!

 

 

A good drawing, a good architect, a good Contractor, the time and the funds -

that's all you need to convert a drawing into a community facility.

Oh, and lots of effort, head-scratching, ingenuity, commitment and excitement.

The published completion date for the development, including final commissioning,

is Monday 14th December, and we're delighted to say we're going to meet that date.

Then it's just a matter of fitting out with all the items from the "Big Buy-In",

and we'll be ready to open on 5th January 2010.

So expect more photos on 14th December, or very shortly afterwards, showing the "finished product"!
