Plans drawn up by our Architects have been agreed by the Project Board, and Planning Consent has been granted by Colchester Borough Council.

Earlier in 2008, we prepared a User Requirements Definition Document,

after consultation with all of the nineteen local Organisations which use the Halls;

plans were then drawn up, reviewed by the Board and by Users, revised and then viewed again before approval.
