Thank you for your interest in booking Myland Parish Halls. The Bookings Manager is Eric Day, who can be contacted on the above number, or by email at bookings @ mylandparishhalls.org.uk
Have you seen the Halls, either in person or by clicking on "Tour" above? Then you'll know roughly which Hall you would like to hire. Bookings can be accepted for any day of the week, subject to availability; and at the present time there are sessions available in at least one Hall at most times of the day.
Hiring charges are kept as low as possible, to encourage use of the Halls by local organisations and all the residents of Myland. Charges vary for the different rooms, and there are preferential rates for volunteer-led organisations based in and benefitting the people of Myland. Please speak with our Bookings Manager for further information on the cost of hiring the Halls.
We require all our Hirers to sign Hiring Agreements, and to abide by Conditions and General Rules and Instructions. Links to these documents are shown below:
